The Trois Vallees (The Three Valleys):- one of Europe's most popular and expansive ski destination, with efficient connected lift system (200 lifts) to get you everywhere! Multi towns to tour and good eats to be had throughout the area. Courchevel is known to be "Ultra-chic, Meribel is more British, Val Thorens has high altitude and has the best snow, Brides-Les-Bains is valley below Meribel and could be a non ski day trip..
The Secret is getting out: Up until now, this place was operated by one family, and all will change over the next 10 years, when we will return again (2026). Before it does: ski it like it was meant to be. To quote: "The snow is deeper than to the north and drier than to the west, the slopes are lined by trees, wilderness and unspoiled vistas, as nature intended".
